Our 235-acre property has a variety of facilities and weekend program options available. We offer three types of weekend bookings, including both day trips and overnight retreats:

We cannot accommodate private/individual rentals such as weddings, showers or birthday parties.
Weekend Programs and Rentals are available in the Spring and Fall only. Due to our Summer Camp programs, we cannot accommodate rentals or weekend programs from June 1st through the last week of August. Winter rentals are accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Our ability to host winter rentals depends on a variety of factors, so please inquire for details.

Bring your team for a day of bonding, fun and thinking outside the box! With activities designed to be accessible for all abilities, our staff will have your team communicating effectively and collaborating as they solve our group challenge “dilemmas”. Combine our sessions with your own, or add a service project to the schedule to make a great training day for you and your staff.

We have cabin accommodations that can hold up to ~100 people. Living quarters consist of lodges with two open dorm rooms, each sleeping eight to twelve people, one bathroom and shower area shared by all members of that lodge, and a staff sleeping area. Cabins consist of lodges with two open dorm rooms, each sleeping eight to twelve people in bunk beds, one shared bathroom and shower area, and a staff sleeping area. Total combined occupancy of the Upper Cabins is 82; 72 for the Lower Cabins. Tween Creeks Cabins can sleep up to ten people in each of the six cabins. They are situated in a separate village on the camp property and include access to a covered pavilion complete with fireplace, electrical outlets and picnic tables, as well as an adjacent basketball/play-court area. The Tween Creeks cabins are all wheel-chair accessible.
Our overnight camp dining hall can accommodate up to 147 people in the main room, and a total of 179 when also using the screened porch. Meals are served family-style at round tables. This building is a multi-purpose facility and is often used for evening programs or in the event of inclement weather. Davies Hall is equipped with WiFi and an AV setup. Please note that the kitchen is only accessible to camp staff.
Our five pavilions are covered structures that are used for lessons and activities. All five pavilions have an electrical supply.

The Day Camp Activity Hall has a capacity of 190 and is equipped with an AV setup, wifi, and a portable stage.
Our two day camp pavilions offer rainy day cover for outdoor activities and can each accommodate about 50 people.

Typically, groups spend two hours out on the challenge field, and can work through 5 to 7 challenge activities.
The Low Ropes Course is an excellent follow-up to the Group Challenge Course. These activities require more careful supervision and more cooperation between the participants.
Some options include visiting our camp animals at the Environmental Center, going on a nature hike, fishing, and more!
We are a nonprofit organization. Our rental fees go back into supporting the educational and Camp programs that we run throughout the year.
