Remembering those who remain in our memories because of their care and concern for the camps.
In May of 1999, the Board of Trustees endorsed the formation of an alumni association comprised of former staff and campers. The first meeting was held on October 14, 1999, with eleven people in attendance. Currently there are 330 people registered in our database, and each year the list grows longer! The Alumni Association was established as a way to acknowledge and celebrate the role that the College Settlement Camp and the Kuhn Day Camp have played in the lives of so many people for so many years, and as a way to continue to bring people together who wish to remain involved in the mission of the camps. Whether you spent time as a full-time or a seasonal staff member, a staff assistant, or a camper, we hope that your time at camp was meaningful and magical in some way… and we invite you to join us in celebrating that!
Click here to join our mailing list… in this form, you’ll tell us as much as you can about your connection to the camps (for example, years you were a camper, counselor or staff member; favorite camp memories; and more). Then we can keep you up to date about things that are going on at the camps, including alumni reunion events.
Details are developing! Be sure to block off Saturday, October 7, 2017, to join us at the camp property for a picnic, campfire and coffee house… read more >>
